ITIL-ITSM corporate external reference blog started in October 2010.

Everymonth, starting from November 2010, an ITIL ITSM PEOPLECERT team or employee gets to chose the content posted here.

During October, first month of ITIL-ITSM-PEOPLECERT external corporate blog's existence, D.Nicolaides is attributed as blog ownerso so that the blog would not be anonymous during beta testing period.

Since it is a newbie corporate blog most of the posts come from acknowledged bloggers of both ITIL ITSM industry standards referenced in the blogroll herein.
